If you are in London from
October 23rd 2009 through to February 2010, check out the Fashion and Textile Museum to see the Foale and Tuffin: Made in England exhibition.
Foale and Tuffin were two London-based designers, with a label described as
'what cool girls wore' - most notably, colourful, pop-inspired
mini-dresses and trend-setting trouser suits. The exhibition is
recreating their boutique, showroom and design studio, charting their story and of course, showcasing some of the fashions.
The exhibition also coincides with the launch of the book Foale and Tuffin: The Sixties. A Decade in Fashion, which you can pre-order through Amazon now (released date - 31st October 2009). If you want to visit the
exhibition, the Fashion and Textile Museum is at 83 Bermondsey
Street, London, SE1 3XF.
